ContractRisk.io provides AI-assisted contract review and risk analysis. Features and plans may change over time. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes, subject to these terms and your plan.

The service provides informational analysis only and is not a substitute for professional legal advice. Output may contain errors and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before you rely on it. You are responsible for decisions made using the service.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to breach security, reverse engineer the platform, upload unlawful content, or use it to violate the rights of others.

You retain all rights to the documents and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the right to upload the content you submit.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

The service, including its software, models, and branding, is owned by ContractRisk.io and its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted here, no rights are transferred to you.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to comply with the law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; certain provisions survive termination by their nature.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
